Walt Disney: An American Original
was the first authorized corporate biography produced after Walt's passing. He was granted full access to the archives to complete the biography and interviewed many of Disney's family, co-workers and employees.This was the first biography I read of Walt and the section on his passing still moves me.

This was the first Walt biography I read as well, and I still find myself remembering and talking about passages from it form time to time, especially when we were out at Disneyland last week.
