Wow! Where to start……
We arrived back in NC from MouseFest late this evening and we are exhausted in the way only Disney can make you. It’s kind of like running a marathon without any water while carrying a refrigerator on your shoulders and having two tiny left footed shoes on--but still winning. Trust me, I am not complaining, though.
We had an incredible time and met lots of spectacular people. Over the next few weeks we will share a lot of our trip with you through posts and pictures. But tonight is reserved for something special. THANKS!
Thanks to the many new friends who expressed appreciation for what we do. Thanks to the many peers who shared great information and ideas with us. But most of all, thanks to the amazing cast members who guided us through the parks, shared their time with us, and gave us access to things we would normally not have access to. They went out of their way to help us bring you a better experience on our site when we returned. Thanks to them, we will be bringing you more depth about the parks over the next few weeks. Our old and new friends at the parks were the best of the best at Disney and exemplified our common theme on Imaginerding. Slow down, look around, and notice all of the things that were created for your enjoyment by Walt Disney Imagineering. It is clear that most cast members carry this torch daily. Call us Pollyana if you will, but they do not call us Disney Geeks for nothing.
In this post you will see some of our favorite friends from the parks who spent time with us and went out of their way to make us feel like one of their own. The Mouse should be proud!

Noone can ever accuse you two of being afraid to talk to strangers. You probably got to know more cast members this trip than anyone else I talked to
Welcome back! It sounds like you had a great time. I am looking forward to your upcoming posts.
Yeah guys. Cast members taking the time to get involved is one of the best things anyone can get out of their vacation. Whether it be the CM who gave us M&Ms to throw at Chip during an unusually raucus character dinner, the Haunted Mansion CM who puts in a little more by frightening teenagers in the stretching room, or the adorable Mexico pavillion CM who didn't know the answer to a nerdy trivia question, but still paid exceptional attention...
nicely done!
The castmembers were amazing. Even while we were leaving the Magic Kingdom, they managed to make us smile and talk about how great they were on the ferry boat.
Ohhhhh how I want to comment... but I'll just say how nice it was to meet you... Andrew. ;)
And great seeing you again, George.
Are you guys having withdrawal symptoms from your SchmoozeFest '07?
Lou,
Yeah it is difficult. I keep hearing people whispering Lou and Improved everywhere I go.
It is sort of disconcerting and sort of comforting.
But there is always MagicMeets!
MagicMeets is a MUST!! And why haven't I been mentioned yet? Just because I don't blog doesn't mean you can't show me some love! Thanks for some great memories guys! I'll never forget Haunted Mansion. I miss ya already!
Sounds like Lori loves more than Tigger!!! I am pouting because I missed this. Lou's wife deserves an award!!!
