I read those two Kingdom Keepers books. The first one didn't impress me. The second I liked a lot more. Didn't seem to have the loose ends left, the plot lines that came out of nowhere or went nowhere. A much tighter plotted book. (I reviewed it back in December on my blog.) Was curious if you've read them and what you thought...
I really liked the first two Kingdom Keepers books, as did both my kids who have either read them twice, or are in the process of that second read. My daughter is jonesing for the third book which comes out in April.
I think they're a lot of fun, and it's nice for kids to read a book that takes place somewhere where they know the geography, some of the history, and the characters. It makes them feel more like participants than mere spectators.
