California, A Picture Book to Remember Her By: My Disney Library
Some of the books in my library are chock full of Disney and others, well, not so much. This book is called California: A Picture Book to Remember Her By. It is a 1984 publication which is obvious from the photography and text layout. I found it at a book sale and was surprised there was Disneyland coverage.

I don't have it right in front of me, but have you compared those photos to the ones in The Magic of Disneyland and Walt Disney World? Some of them looking very similar.
